Steps:
- Scoop a ball sized dollop of ice cream of your choice
- Roll two pieces of bread so that they become a little thinner and longer

- (Optional) You might want to seal the edges with a little water or a little of the beaten egg but remember to do it fast as the heat from your hands can melt the ice-cream
- Regardless whether you used water/egg/ nothing, now you need to wrap it up fast with a cling wrap and put it in the freezer and freeze for about 2-3 hours.
- Then, just deep fry it in hot oil for just 1-2 minute by turning it over once. Remember to drain it on a paper towel.
- Lastly, you might want to serve immediately with a drizzle of honey or even chocolate sauce!
