According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer, when consuming these compounds, it can lead to the development of some cancers which include endometrial, ovarian, pancreatic, breast, and oesophageal cancer. This can be avoided by making the switch to air frying your food as there's a lesser risk of acrylamide being developed in the food.

 

In conclusion, air fryer is a healthier and safer alternative as compared to deep frying. You would have lesser oil and fat content in your food, and you would not have to worry about the risk of toxic formation or oil splashing. If you don't have an air fryer yet, it's a good time to get one!
