Classic Chocolate Fudge Brownies

First, we’ll start with the most classic flavour - chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 225g Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 130g Melted Butter
- 250g Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 95g All-Purpose Flour
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Chop chocolate into chunks and melt only half of the chocolate. Save the other half for later
- In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in color
- Whisk in cool melted chocolate and then sift in flour, cocoa powder, and saltÂ
- Fold the mixture in just enough to mix the dry ingredients in and remember not to overmix so that the brownies will not turn so cakey
- Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter to the baking tray
- Bake for 20-25 minutes then let the brownies cool for another 25-30 minutes
Peanut Butter Banana Brownies

Next, it’s a common and delicious combination - peanut butter and banana with chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 120g Creamy Peanut Butter
- 130g Melted Butter
- 200g Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 95g All-Purpose Flour
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking tray with parchment paper
- In a bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas. Then add sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
- Afterwards, add flour, salt, and cocoa powder, and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into baking tray
- Pour creamy peanut butter on top of the batter then use a butter knife to spread the it evenly on the brownie batter
- Bake for 25-30 minutes then let the brownies cool for another 25-30 minutes
Matcha White Chocolate Brownies

This is a unique and special flavour, incorporating matcha in the brownie and using white chocolate instead of our usual dark chocolate. It’s a must-bake if you absolutely love everything matcha!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Matcha Powder
- 113g White Chocolate
- 130g Melted Butter
- 200g Granulated Sugar
- 55g Brown Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 125g All-Purpose Flour
- ½ Tsp Salt
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Melt butter and then continue heating the butter until small brown bits start to appear
- Add white chocolate and matcha powder to a small bowl, then pour the brown butter over the top and stir until all the chocolate melts. Set mixture aside to cool
- In a large bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt
- Mix until thick and creamy for about 5-10 minutes
- While mixing, slowly add in matcha chocolate ganache and continue whisking until a uniform green batter appears
- Sift flour into the bowl and gently fold the flour into the batter until mixed well
- Pour batter into baking tray
- Bake for 20-30 minutes then let the brownies cool for another 25-30 minutes
Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Lastly, this is a recipe for people who are vegan! If you have always wanted to indulge in brownies yet the ingredients are not suitable for your diet, this is the brownie you should make. It’s dairy-free and egg-free, yet taste exactly the same as the original brownie!
Ingredients:
- 80ml Vegetable Oil
- 200g Melted Vegan Dark Chocolate
- 240ml Almond Milk
- 200g Caster Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 140g All-Purpose Flour
- 20g Cocoa Powder
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking tray with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, add flour, cocoa powder and sugar and mix
- Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and almond milk
- Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth and combined
- Pour batter into baking tray
- Bake for 25-30 minutes then let the brownies cool for another 25-30 minutes
