Even though the circuit breaker still allows people to go exercise outdoors, I personally feel that by exercising outdoor could expose you to more risks of catching the COVID-19 virus as you will not be wearing any mask while exercising. There are now many online lessons which you can apply and do while at home. Some examples are Yoga, Pilates, Boxing and even Cardio Workout.
