5 Must-Have Christmas Dishes
Christmas time, oh, Christmas time, the most joyous festival of the year and also the one where you give in from watching your weight because there are just sooooooo many delicacies that you need to have! Check out these 5 must-have foods that make Christmas what it is and you definitely should add them to your list after reading this article.
1. Roasted Potatoes
This classic Christmas dish is simple, but you gotta admit that it feels strange if you're having a Christmas meal without some crispy roasted potatoes. The perfect side to your mains, they do smell really good too especially when drizzled with olive oil and topped with various herbs and spices.

Ah, yes. Christmas time is probably the only time we Asians consume turkey for dinner! What we love about having turkey for dinner is the small talks over dinner, while sharing a big and juicy turkey with our loved ones.
3. Ham Platters
Consumed with cranberry sauce as a starter, ham platters are a must-have in most of our Christmas menus on FoodLine and it's no ordinary ham platter because they always have to be paired with cranberry sauce! Tart and sweet, the cranberry sauce is a perfect pair with the savoury and salty ham and the mixed of tastes, ooohh yummy!
4. Roasted Meat
Whether it's roasted ham, chicken or roasted beef, you can't go ahead with a Christmas dinner with no roasted meat! It's different from having roasted turkey for dinner, as the roasted ham, chicken or beef are usually smaller than roasted turkey, paired with tangy sauces like mustard which definitely gives off a different feel from the clean taste of roasted turkey.
5. Log Cakes
