Stay Updated, Not Obsessed.

Keep up with the latest news, but don’t lose your mind over it. Don’t fall for fake news! Only trust and read news from reliable sources. No, your grandma and her friends are not the most reliable sources. If you feel that the news from social media is adding to your stress, try to limit your time online! Read a book, watch a movie.

Focus on the things that are still within your control. None of us will know how long this pandemic is going to last, but what we know is that we can do our part! Wash your hands frequently, stay at home if you can, and if you are out, avoid going to crowded places!
