Healthy Diet

Applying products on your skin can be beneficial but what you eat is also important. Your diet could improve your skin health from the inside out. With the right diet, you can achieve a clear complexion. Some food you can eat are tomatoes and mango which contain antioxidant properties which are beneficial for the skin.
Stress Level

Do you notice that before an important event, there will be pimples starting to grow on your face? If yes, then it is most likely due to stress level. People who experienced high stress levels were more likely to experience skin issues such as hair loss, acne problems and oil scalps. Reducing your stress levels may lead to clearer skin, try doing yoga or meditation to calm yourself down.
Keep moisture in the skin

Skin moisturizers are important and keep the top layer of skin cells hydrated to seal in moisture. Moisturizers often contain humectants to attract moisture, occlusive agents to retain moisture in the skin. One method to retain moisture in skin is to switch on a humidifier at night to replenish moisture in the skin’s top layer especially during dry seasons.
Stop Smoking

Smoking ages facial skin as it narrows the blood vessels found in the outer layer of the skin, which reduces blood flow and exhausts the skin of the nutrients and oxygen it needs to remain healthy. Smoking also has a lot of negative impact on health so my advice is to stop smoking which can benefit your health greatly.
Having Enough Sleep

Getting sufficient sleep will banish those dark circles around your eyes and improve your skin tone. It is Free! It is important for adults to sleep for between 7 and 9 hours every day. Sleeping for under that amount of time could be detrimental to your health and your skin condition. Try to sleep early and get at least 7 hour of sleep.
