Adam’s Corner Tingkat Review - Different Day Different Cuisines!
We're back with yet another food review! Today, we'll review a few tingkat dishes from Adam's Corner. Adam's Corner is a family-run business. They serve delicious food in generous portions at reasonable prices!

1. Fusili Pasta
Despite its plain appearance, the pasta was flavorful and cooked al dente. The addition of cherry tomatoes, which added a great depth of flavor, deserves special mention. The tomatoes were crunchy and juicy, with a hint of tartness.
2. Lemak Cili Padi Ayam
This is a classic Malay chicken curry. Despite the fact that it is intended to be a spicy curry, similar to Beef Rendang, the flavor is rather subtle. Furthermore, the chicken was tender and flavourful. The dish goes great with a bowl of white rice!
3. Ayam Masak Merah
Ayam Masak Merah is a chicken casserole with sambal. The chicken pieces are spice-rubbed and deep-fried until golden brown. Deep frying seals in the juice and gives the chicken pieces a firmer texture with each bite. The chicken has a rich flavour, with a subtle heat from the chillies, a sweet and sourish flavour from the tomato soup, and creaminess from the coconut milk.
4. 3 Rasa Fish
Ikan Masak Tiga Rasa is a delicious Indonesian dish that consists of fried fish in a piquant sauce with a hint of heat. The flavor is described as tiga rasa, or three flavors: hot, sweet, and sour. The fish's natural sweetness was retained, and it had a nice firm texture. The combination of the sauce's various flavours was truly SHIOK! Perfect with a side of plain rice.
5. Chapcai
Chap chye is a hearty plate of assorted vegetables stewed in aromatics that is common on the dinner table. The various textures of the vegetables complemented each other, and all of the ingredients came together in a delightful savoury sauce.
6. Stir Fried Buncis
Stir fried long beans with carrots and fish cake is a simple but tasty dish. There was a generous amount of garlic in the dish, which made it very aromatic. The vegetables were perfectly cooked because they were crunchy rather than soggy.
7. Kailan Garlic
Kailan has a complex, distinct flavor with a slightly bitter bite in general. However, the chefs clearly cooked it well because the kailan tasted delicious! Similarly to the previous dish, the garlic enhanced the aroma and flavour of the dish.
