Next up is a simple dish but yet adds up so much flavor to the whole Tingkat set! Personally, I always enjoyed fish fillet and this deep-fried fish finger did not disappoint at all! Sometimes fish fillets can get quite a little too flaky but the best part of the deep-fried fish finger is that it isn't too dry on the interior and on the exterior, it is super crunchy!
4. Chicken Slices W Pickled Pepper 泡椒鸡丁
The chicken slices are chopped into tiny sizes which makes it easy for consumption! Also, the sauce that came with the chicken slices is perfect when you drizzle it over your bowl of rice! Also, I am not a friend of coriander, but coriander's taste in this dish isn't too overwhelming for me!
5. Marrow Green 毛瓜炒鸡蛋
Of course, a Tingkat Meal will not be completed with a bowl of vegetables! This bowl of Marrow Green is stir-fried together with Vermicelli, Carrot, and Fungus!
It is a plate of super light taste dishes that you must not miss due to the nutritional benefits that it carries! Also, the marrow green is well-cooked to a soft texture, showing that the whole dish is cooked to just the right texture for consumption!
