All Things Durian with Four Seasons Durian!

There’s a reason why durians are crowned the King of Fruits. Their golden, custardy and bittersweet flesh is simply irresistible. When it is durian season, we get to savour an array of fresh varieties from Mao Shan Wang to Black Gold, and from D24 to Black Pearl. In this article, I will be sharing with you 5 variations of durian you can devour from Four Seasons Durian!

1. Durian Puffs (S$13.80 for a box of 20)

First up, we have some bite sized durian puffs. Piped to the brim with deliciously yummy durian cream filling, durian puffs are a light airy pastry that offer a fuss-free treat that’s perfect for tea-time or supper. They come in boxes of 20, so if you have a family of durian lovers, these are just the right amount for everyone to eat till their heart’s content. They’re also great for those trying durian for the first time as the durian cream will not be as pungent as pure durian puree! For die-hard durian lovers who want to enjoy the fruit off-season, these puffs are sure to satisfy your cravings!

2. Mao Shan Wang Mochi (S$9.80 for a box of 6)

As you all may know, mochi is a famous Japanese rice cake made from mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice. Handmade with their in-house secret recipe that makes it super delightfully chewy, this mochi encases 100% Mao Shan Wang puree.
