Are Cakes Worth Your Calories?

Cakes are highly addictive due to its taste and appearance that instantly draws your attention when you come across it! But is it worth you calories since it is full of fat and sugar! Sounds way worse than junk food? I kind of agree to it as well!
However, in my opinion, how often do you even crave for cake? I usually crave for it only once every few months? Not only that, when I crave for it, I will get it and share it together with my friends and families which allow ne to spend short yet meaningful time with them as we have the cake together!
Eating cake also makes me feel super happy, maybe because of the sugar rush... but really no regrets eating it, just remember to really drink up after consuming cakes as it can be quite drying to your throat!
