Salmon Yu Sheng

What’s CNY without the lou-ing of Yu Sheng? This dish is a commonly eaten, must-have dish during CNY. After mixing every ingredient together, it was really yummy when I took a bite of the salmon and vegetables together with the various condiments!

Imperial Pot Crab in Da Bag (1 Crab)

I don’t even know where to begin for this dish. I personally really love seafood and this particular dish consists of a variety of seafood - crabs, mussels, clams, prawns as well as corns and potatoes all in one bag, hence the name Imperial Pot Crab in Da Bag. It was super delicious and the ingredients were fresh, which got my eyes mainly fixated on this dish. Although the sauce is slightly spicy, it gives you this ‘shiok’ feeling that makes you want even more.

Shark's Fin Soup with Crab Meat

The broth of the Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat has a thick consistency and tastes slightly peppery. The shark’s fin and crab meat gives the broth a chewy texture.

Cantonese Style Steamed Whole Soon Hock (500g)

First of all, the fish meat was super tender - it was easy to tear it apart. The slightly salty sauce provided flavour when dipping the meat in it.

Braised Broccoli with Mushroom

This dish was super addictive as well, because I loved the texture of the broccoli - in between crunchy and soft. The ingredients in this dish were braised in flavourful sauce which made the entire dish yummy!

Pineapple Fried Rice

If you like the combination of sweet and savoury, you’ve got to try this Pineapple Fried Rice. It is not only chewy, but the rice is also fragrant from the pineapple!

Chocolate Eclairs

Last but not least, Chocolate Eclairs! This is the perfect sweet treat to complete the entire meal. These eclairs are coated with mildly sweet chocolate and filled with a generous amount of cream.
