They recently sent over their Xmas menu which included 1 Family Sized Chicken Shepherd’s Pie, 1 Signature Chicken Family Sized Pie and 1 Chocolate & Red Velvet Christmas Log Cake. This menu is only available from 24th November 2020 till 31st December 2020! I am sure many of you will be ordering from them after reading this review so get your wallet ready!
1. Family Sized Chicken Shepherd’s Pie
The Shepherd’s Pie was abundantly stuffed with mashed potatoes, marinated chicken chunks and other ingredients, baked till golden brown and crispy! The crisped mash at the top was delectable, giving each mouthful a nice textural condiment. Hidden under the thick layer of cheesy and creamy smooth mashed potato, is the flavourful meat filling with hints of spiciness. The chicken chunks had a nice peppery taste to it, which made the dish less jelak. The Shepherd’s Pie is a great comfort food and sharing dish during family and friends’ gatherings!
2. Signature Chicken Family Sized Pie
The Chicken Pie was generously filled with ingredients such as chicken, egg, carrots, potato and more! Each bite promises a good mixture of all the ingredients! The creamy sauce definitely took this pie up a notch. The creaminess complements the natural sweetness of the veggies and the peppery chicken. The layers of the pie were just the right amount of flaky! If you will be hosting a gathering this Christmas, do give this a try!
3. Chocolate & Red Velvet Christmas Log Cake
My colleagues and I devoured this cake in less than 30 minutes… The cake was fluffy and went really well with the creamy frosting. I loved the small bits of chocolate in the cake as it added a different level of texture to the dessert! Another thing that I liked about it is that it’s not too sweet. You can probably eat the whole thing without feeling sick of it. This Log Cake will be a popular choice for both adults and children!
