Duke Bakery Review - Delectable Sweet Goodness!

And we are back with another sweet treat review! This time, we will be reviewing some cakes and desserts from Duke Bakery! Check out their menu HERE!

1. Black Forest Cake (S$30.80 for 5.5 inch)

Black forest cake is the perfect combination of chocolate, topping cream frosting and dark cherry compote garnished with dark pitted cherries. This black forest cake from Duke Bakery was extremely delicious as every bite of the cake unleashed the layers of chocolatey goodness that left all of us craving for more. Smothered in vanilla flavored cream is a dark rich chocolate sponge cake. Topped with dark pitted cherry, this cake looks decadent, tastes heavenly and is all one needs for any sweet and joyous celebration. YUMZ!

2. Mango Citrus Cake (S$33.80 for 5.5 inch)

This mango citrus cake was definitely my favourite! Not only do the flavours of the cake work so well with each other, but it was super duper highly addictive. I personally am a HUGE FAN of citrus and fresh flavours, so the calamansi, lime and mango mousse was absolutely right up my alley! Not only was the mango mousse super fresh, but the vanilla sponge cake beneath was also extremely light and fluffy. Super worth the try!!

3. Yoghurt Cremeux Cup (S$66 for 12 cups)

What a convenient and cute way to eat your breakfast or desserts! You can take these mini yoghurt cups on the go and eat them anywhere you want. How convenient! These yoghurt cremeux cups come in 3 different flavours: classic, mango and raspberry. Among the assortment of flavours, my favourite would definitely have to be the mango one. Not only were the fruits super fresh, but they were also very plump and sweet. The tanginess from the yoghurt goes really well with the sweetness of the fresh fruits! So if you’re always rushing out of the house and have no time to eat your breakfasts at home, just get these little yummy treats!

All in all, I have to say that I really enjoyed all the cakes and yoghurt cakes that were sent over. The yoghurt cups really surprised me because it really tasted super refreshing and creamy!
