FL Kitchen - Silken Egg Tofu Recipe

Today we are making one of my favorite comfort foods – Silken Tofu with Egg! This is a dish that I know your kids will LOVE. It is easy to make, healthy, and super affordable as well! Pair this dish a bowl of rice and it'll instantly elevate your meal.

We added in hotdogs to zhng up the dish! I think adding minced meat or even luncheon meat will enhance the taste of the overall dish as well!

Here's what you'll need:

1. Tofu

2. 4 Eggs

3. Chili Padi

4. Sesame Oil

5. Black Pepper

6. Oyster Sauce

7. Garlic

8. Salt

9. Hotdog / Minced Meat (Optional)
