Seafood In A Bag - Herb Butter

This bundle comes with 4 pieces of their crispy buns. The seafood includes large prawns, crayfish, mussels, clams, corn, and potatoes all with their herb butter sauce! I really enjoyed the fresh seafood combined with the tasty but not overpowering herb butter sauce. The prawns are huge and you can taste the freshness and it goes along well with the sauce. The flesh of the crayfish is also perfectly tender and surprisingly flavourful too. The mussels and clams are all fresh and are prepared properly too, so you don't have to worry about having a gritty feeling in your mouth. The corn and potatoes are a great addition to the bag too, and they can soak up the sauce really well. The buns are great too, and I use them to mop up the sauce. However, I would say that the portions are relatively small. It's perfect either for 1 hungry person or for sharing with just 1 friend. Overall rating: 4/5
Sushi Rolls

How can you expect there not to be excellent sushi rolls from a seafood restaurant? Check out their seafood rolls topped with mentaiko and cheese and filled with other toppings like prawns and cucumber. It's all torched too, so you can expect that yummy char taste and the melted cheese gooey-ness. Personally, I love the combination of the ingredients in the roll and how they all play together. You get a mix of different textures and flavours, but they all come together in harmony to the point where it's like a symphony in your mouth! You can pair it too with some soy sauce and wasabi if you'd like.
