Hi Everyone! I’m back with yet another review, this time, it’s for none other than Ishiro Fusion Catering.

1.Honey Bake Chicken
First dish from Ishiro Fusion Catering, is a plate of Honey Bake Chicken.
I was quite skeptical at first because I was wondering how well can honey go with baked chicken?
However, Ishiro exceeded my expectation with this dish, despite the baking, it is moist, tender and juicy!
You also get to taste a glaze of Garlic, super fragrant.
Clearly an addictive dish so be prepared to be in for a good treat!
2. Nonya Curry Chicken
Hands down, the star of the show has to go to this perfect bowl of Nonya Curry Chicken.
0 reason not to love this dish, I would say it exceeded my expectation of a good bowl of Curry Chicken, an absolute stunner.
Not only is the chicken tender, but it is also super fresh, simply just a delightful and flavoursome dish that will be enjoyed by everyone.
Moreover, the gravy isn’t too oily which makes it a good bowl of gravy to drizzle with your rice/bee hoon! I enjoyed every bite of this dish, a must not miss!
3. Salt and Pepper Fried Salmon
A delicious chunks of fresh salmon that are tossed and seasoned with the right amount of Salt and pepper, you get a hint of sweetness and savoury each.
Have to say it is a very addictive flavour, it feels as though you want to have the whole plate to yourself!! Definitely a highly recommended dish, a super banger dish!
4. Yang Chow Fried Rice
Yang Chow Fried Rice is a popular Chinese-style wok-fried rice that is commonly found in many Chinese restaurants.
This is a plate of comfort dish to me, I personally love the wok style kind of fried rice, moreover, there are bite-sized ingredients incorporated such as crab meat and egg!
There’s a hint of sweetness with each bite that you take, this is definitely a dish that is suitable for sharing and will definitely everyone satisfied! Thumbs up!
5. Signature Pork Beehoon
Yet another nostalgic homely dish, straight up a plate of comfort food that I will gladly enjoy every day!
For many BeeHoon that I’ve tried, it tends to be very dry but no, despite frying, the moisture is still locked in the bee hoon and still silky! Most importantly, it is super flavorful because of all the flavours being absorbed, you really yearn for more after each bite. Hands down a dish that you must definitely try out!
6. Deep Fry Vegetable Spring Roll
Just on the first look, you can tell the spring roll is deep-fried to perfection with the right crunchiness based on its golden colour exterior.
Upon your first bite, the thin layer of its skin will break and get a rush of flavours in your mouth.
On the inside, it is filled with shredded vegetables, just the right amount of sweetness that you need!
7. Nonya Chap Chye
Next up, Nonya Chap Chye, do you know the meaning of Chap Chye? It simply means “mixing vegetables together”, this dish is commonly found in Singapore.
You get robustness of flavour thanks to the fusion of different vegetables incorporated in just one dish.
Overall, this is a classic comforting dish that is loved by many. Personally this dish is the kind of dish that many will associate with the taste of home!

8. Steam Soon Kueh
Lastly, a hearty plate of Soon Kueh, a traditional dish of Kueh, it’s getting harder to find these days. Let alone a plate of delicious and savoury Soon Kueh but, Ishiro Fusion Catering did it. It is shaped like dumping and for its filling, it is filled with a fragrant mixture of ingredients like turnip and bamboo shoots. It is best served with dipping sauce: chilli sauce and sweet black soya sauce. Definitely a crowd-pleaser!
