Paper Wrap Norwegian Herb Salmon
I really love salmon, and I would say that it is my favourite fish. My expectations for this particular dish was therefore pretty high. And I would say - it did meet my expectations. This salmon was well-cooked and extremely tender. It was easy to separate the big salmon into smaller portions, and when doing so, there were pieces that fell easily which indicates how flaky the salmon was. Moreover, Ishiro Fusion Catering was generous with the amount of herbs, which elevated the flavour of the salmon.

Roasted Beef (Carved) with Red Wine Reduction
When I saw that there was a red wine reduction, I was looking forward to this dish! Moreover, it’s beef - I mean who doesn't love a dish with beef? The beef was tender and when dipped with the red wine reduction, it gave the beef a fruity and sweet taste! I recommend eating the lettuce together to add a crunchy texture.

Roasted Turkey with Spiced Potatoes and Peppers and Condiments
Turkey! A classic dish that you must have during Christmas. The turkey itself was delicious because the pepper and condiments have infused into the turkey, so it added seasoning to the turkey and does not taste bland. I also like the spiced potatoes as they were cooked with spices in it, so it wasn’t just eating potatoes!

Assorted Sausages with Grilled Peppers and Cocktail Sauce
The sausage dish was so addictive, I don’t remember how many I consumed, but I do remember that I kept going for more! It did not taste salty unlike other sausages and when dipped with the cocktail sauce, it in fact gave the sausage a rich flavour that probably was what made it addictive.

Breaded Prawns with Wasabi Mayo
I absolutely loved this dish. Like the sausage, I kept going for the breaded prawns too! At first bite, it was super crispy and the prawn inside melted in my mouth. For the wasabi mayo sauce, it was my first time trying it - and I actually wasn’t looking forward to it because judging from the word ‘wasabi’, I thought it was going to be spicy, and I can’t take spicy food very well. To my surprise, the wasabi mayo wasn’t spicy but there was more of a pungent taste. It went well with the breaded prawns as it added flavour to the prawn.

Aglio Olio Spaghetti with Prawns
A perfect aglio olio shouldn’t consist of too much oil - or it’ll be oily. And if the oil is too less - it’ll be tasteless. Ishiro Fusion Catering cooked their noodles with just the right amount of oil which made it extremely tasty to indulge in. The prawn was also fresh and the cherry tomatoes added sweetness to the entire dish!

Truffle Hand Smash Silky Potato
This mashed potato had a rich, creamy and buttery flavour to it. It did not taste dry at all. Also, the truffle taste was strong and it really enhanced the flavour of the whole dish.

Cold Cuts 3 Type of Ham (Smoked Duck, Beef Salami, Honey Baked Ham) House Made Pineapple Jam
This dish was rather interesting - because there were 3 types of meat in a dish. It was all tender and dipping it with the pineapple jam gave a fruity flavour to the meat.

Summer Salad with Roasted Sesame Dressing
The vegetables were fresh and the egg was cooked well. The sesame dressing goes well with the vegetables because its sweet flavour made the entire dish sweet. People who cannot eat vegetables well should try it with sesame dressing as it’ll help to make eating vegetables easier.

Mango Pudding with Fresh Mango
The pudding itself was soft and melted in my mouth! It wasn’t very sweet, but when you eat it with the mangoes - it made the overall bite sweet and it was just the right amount of sweetness. It is a great dessert to have right after eating the main course.

Festive Log Cake (Chocolate Nut Log Cake)
For this particular log cake, instead of whipped cream as the filling, the chocolate cake was rolled with the whipped chocolate nut ganache instead - making this log cake unique. At first bite I was able to taste the whipped chocolate nut ganache, which melted in my mouth, then I tasted the chocolate cake. It’s a very exotic log cake and people who love whipped cream and chocolate should totally try this out!

To conclude, I would say that the best dish for me is breaded prawn with wasabi mayo!
