The Briyani Rice was soft and delectable, and the aromatic scent wafting throughout the room made all of our mouths water! All of the spices added could be tasted which just made this dish even more delicious, the subtle hints of spice paired with the rice's velvety texture gave me a sense of comfort and warmth!

2. Nasi Minyak
The delightful blend of spices tantalizes one's tastebuds, it creates an explosion of flavors in one's mouth which balances exquisitely with the smooth consistency of the rice. The savory taste and robust aroma make this dish perfect to eat on its own but it tastes even better when paired with sauces from our upcoming dishes!

3. Bee Hoon Goreng
The stir-fried bee hoon imparts a savory taste with a subtle tanginess to it. When paired with fresh sliced carrots and chopped green onions, it creates another depth to the complex blend of spices and gives a gentle crispiness, constructing a silky and scrumptious dish!

1. Chicken Tandoori
The Chicken Tandoori's seasoning has a charred and smoky taste which complements well with the juicy and tender chicken! It is not too spicy which is perfect for our friends who have a low tolerance for spice. However, it still has a vibrant zest with a rich aroma, a dish your guests would definitely reach for!

2. Sweet & Sour Chicken
The crispy exterior tossed in the sweet, rich, and tangy sauce created a juicy dish that would satisfy your cravings for Chinese cuisine. The sauce is slightly on the sweeter side making it ideal for people with a sweet tooth! Speaking of sauces, this is one of the dishes that blend flawlessly with the Nasi Minyak or Briyani Rice, the blend of robust flavors creates a more intense zest to your entire meal!

3. Fish 65
The combination of the supple fish as well as the savory seasoning made my tastebuds delighted! As someone who does not have a preference for fish, I still devoured this dish and could not resist reaching for more! It created a balanced palate with the rice/noodles in the packed meals but still tasted yummy on its own, it is perfect for any party/corporate event!

The Oyster Sauce builds a rich taste for the crunchy cabbage, it forms more moisture and flavor intensity to what may seem like a mundane dish. The supple mushrooms also give more zest to the flavor profile, constructing a well-balanced dish with 2 contrasting textures. For the Packed Meals, it is paired with the Briyani Rice, giving more crunch without disrupting the fragrance of the Briyani Rice whilst providing a deeper savory taste

The Grilled Vegetables were 1 of my personal favorite dishes! As a veggie fanatic, the wide selection of vegetables in 1 dish would give a variety of flavors for your taste buds! The grilling gave a charred fragrance and smoky taste to the vegetables, the crisp cabbage pairs well with any type of rice or noodles but it also tastes distinct and great on its own!

A staple to any meal, a dish that many households have cooked or eaten for lunch or dinner before. The Pok Choy had a crunchy consistency while the Oyster sauce gave a savory taste, reminding me of my home-cooked Pok Choy. The sliced carrots also gave a subtle sweetness to the savory Pok Choy, giving 2 dimensions of flavor in 1 dish!

The Potato Wedges were crunchy with a charred appearance! The potatoes themselves were soft and supple which fit seamlessly with the crispy exterior. A dish that is suitable for any type of guest, it is a popular item among kids and teenagers as well, your Mini Buffet would be complete with this Western side!

The Cocktail Spring Rolls were a perfect size, an item to chomp on during the start of any event, preparing your tummy for other scrumptious dishes to feast on! The mix of vegetables inside the spring roll was flavourful with a smooth consistency while the crispy skin gives a different mouthfeel to the overall bite. A dish many would love for your event!

4. Tempura Prawn
A crunchy addition to your feast, a Japanese dish loved by many especially young kids! The crispiness melts in your mouth while the prawn is crunchy, savory, and delectable! The golden appearance makes it hard for your guests to resist devouring it, satisfying your cravings for tempura and giving more variations of cuisines for your event!
