1. Black Bean Chicken Soup
First off, we have my favourite dish out of the 3 we would be sharing today – the Black Bean Chicken Soup. Packed with nourishment and antioxidants this dish never fails to perk me up when I am feeling a little tired. The soup was made with a perfect balance of sweetness from the beans and herb from the chicken, reminds me of home! Rating 5/5
2. Steamed Fish
Aromatic infused and extra fragrant, the steamed fish brought a breath of fresh air to the table! This dish had a rich flavour of fresh fish, juiciness and all-around tenderness! It went perfect with the white rice. Rating 5/5
3. Seasonal Green Vegetables
Even if you’re not a big broccoli or vegetable lover, or if you have veggie-resistant family members, this vegetable stir-fry recipe is packed with so much flavor that everyone will forget how healthy it is and how many stir-fry veggies they’re eating! Further mixed with mushrooms, this dish was delightful! Rating 4/5
