Oh’s Farm with a Sea of Seafood & Skewer Board Review

Hello Everyone! Here I am today, excited to share about my overall pleasant experience with Oh's Farm Catering!

Oh's Farm Catering is a prominent catering company with forte in conceptualized or thematic catering to create a bespoke experience for your events.

They have kindly sent over their Seafood Board which is sufficient for 5-7 Pax!

Without further ado, let's dive into each ingredient found in the Seafood Board!

SEAFOOD AND SKEWER BOARD

Firstly, just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this overall look, the vibrant colours to the luxurious ingredients presented... *drooling*

This Seafood and Skewer is catered for 5-7 Pax and it comes with 3 different sauces for you to dip or have it with!

1. Steamed Prawn

If you are worried about the fishy odours, not to worry, it is completely odour-free, they were also detailed in picking out the "black string" (You know what I mean) that everyone avoids consuming it! I am a huge fan of prawn and this dish continues to prove why! Prawn itself has a super unique sweetness naturally and with just a simple cooking method, you can enjoy it! Definitely a must-not-miss dish!

2. Baked Salmon Steak

Just take a look at the inviting appearance of this dish, from the plating to the lemon placed above to further enhance the overall look.

I would say Oh's Farm Catering actually made this Baked Salmon Steak to perfection and it is tender and juicy, its like, what else can you ask for... absolutely delicious!

The lemon adds a burst of freshness which makes every mouth of it super soothing to throat!

3. Cheese Baked Scallop

You might say I am exaggerating but Cheese Baked Scallop is like having the best of both worlds, I personally don't enjoy Cheese on a daily basis but I would say this felt like a best of both worlds! The amount of cheese glazed on it is just nice which therefore, doesnt lead to the gelat feeling at all!

I am a super super big lover of Scallop so this is hands down, one of the best ingredient picked out from this whole set.

4. Marinated Lemongrass Chicken Skewer

Next up, we have Marinated Lemongrass Chicken Skewer. Lemongrass chicken skewers are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. These Vietnamese chicken kebabs are marinated with fresh lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic, adding up to our classic Asian flavour.

5. Tandoori Chicken Skewer

Similar to the Lemongrass Skewer, absolute love for this as the chicken is succulently juicy from its marination! Also, you can taste the earthy flavour of al lthe ingredients infused together on the stick. There is a hint of spice at the end of each bite, if you love, you will definitely love this on the next level!

6. Buttered Tossed Corn Kennel with Dill

Next up, we have Buttered Tossed Corn Kennel with Dill , it is seasoned with the right amount of herbs and spice which makes every bite so mouth-wateringly delicious.

I would consume the dish in between other ingredients cause it somehow aids as a cleansing palate ingredient!

7. Baked Baby Potatoes

Personally, I am a fan of potatoes so this goes without saying for me! These creamy babypotatoes have a wonderful texture and flavour that is even better after baking until they are golden brown! Don't let the appearance catch you off guard, each bite leaves you with a roasty nut flavour which is super fragrant.

Also, it is in a bite-sized, which gives you a burst of all the flavours compacted together!

8. Sauteed Broccoli

Next, Sauteed Broccoli, there is a slight crisp which caramelized on the outside of the broccoli which contrasts well with the tender inside of the florets.

It is healthy and delicious, we all have got to love it!

9. Sauces Provided

For this Seafood and Skewer Board, it comes with 3 different sauces, Thai Green Chilli Dips, Tobasco Sauce and Tomato Salsa!

With a variety of sauces provided, you will definitely find one of your choice!

Overall, for the price you pay for this set, you are really in for a treat, the quality of the ingredients used will leave you super satisfied, not forgetting to mention the taste of each ingredient, cooked to perfection, leaving you wanting for more!
