1. Vegetable Spring Rolls
Their vegetable spring rolls are a traditional blend of fresh vegetables, neatly hand wrapped in a thin, light premium pastry. And I have to say they are the crispiest and best spring rolls fried to golden perfection. The dish came with a side of ketchup which complemented well with the spring rolls.
2. Assam Fish with Vegetable
Tangy, flavourful and delicious! I liked the generous servings of fish and vegetables. The fragrant assam was thick and well balanced, nothing too overwhelming. I liked that the sauce wasn’t too spicy and that it leaves a pleasantly sweet aftertaste in your mouth. The fish texture was really spot on as it was just the right amount of flakiness. Also, it melted beautifully into the sauce.
3. Eight Treasure Lohan Vegetable
8 Treasure Vegetables dish is one made on auspicious occasions using a combination of eight vegetables tossed in a simple sauce. The dish used eight vegetables of different tastes and textures, thus it was very rich in flavor! My favourite was the broccoli as it was really crunchy and it absorbed all the essence of the sauce.
4. Ginger Sesame Oil Chicken
Lastly, we have my favourite dish from this menu. This ginger sesame oil chicken is a simple but hearty dish. I loved how how fragrant the sesame oil was, and the ginger definitely elevated the overall flavour of the dish. The flavour of the sauce managed to penetrate through the chicken, making it super flavourful!

1. Red Snapper Sliced Fish Soup in Thermal Pot
Let's start off with everyone's favourite dish. The broth is rich in flavour but light in broth, and the essence of the fish remains encapsulated in it. The fish slices are silky and soft in texture while the luscious broth contains tomatoes, which adds an extra layer of flavour.
2. Pan Fried Chicken Lemon Sauce
This is a simple dish put together with a few basic ingredients that still delivered a unique taste and flavour! I love the taste of the dish, with tender chicken pieces in a light, refreshing, and addictive lemon sauce. It’s delicious!
3. Xiao Bai Cai with Carrot
Moving on to the greens, the bak choy and carrot were crunchy and soaked in oyster sauce. It was well-cooked and retained its natural sweet flavour.
4. Crispy Fish Patties
A crisp, golden exterior belies chunks of fish and vegetables. The patty itself was already super flavourful but I prefer dipping them into the sweet Thai chili sauce! The sweet chili really complements well with the fish patty.
