Salted Egg Yolk Fried Rice

First of all, I’m personally a huge fan of salted egg yolk! And for this delicious flavour to be incorporated in fried rice? Say no more. In fact, this dish exceeded my expectations and I still vividly remember the sweet yet savoury flavour of salted egg in the soft and chewy fried rice. If you’re a fan of salted egg yolk, you have to try this out yourself.

Braised Bamboo Fungus Crab Meat with Broccoli and Cauliflower

For this particular dish, I really liked how the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots were soft to bite into and it complemented really well with the braised bamboo fungus crab meat. It’s definitely one of the dishes that you will keep eating even though the dish is mostly made up of vegetables!

Korean Spicy Bake Chicken with Kimchi

Korean spicy bake chicken with kimchi? It sounds so good already. For the taste? Well, it sounds as good as it tastes. I really enjoyed the tender chicken with the kimchi. This dish isn’t as spicy as it looks, therefore I’m sure people who are unable to take spicy well will be able to handle this dish!

Stir Fry Honey Coriander Tiger Prawn

If you’re a coriander lover, you’ll fall in love with this dish. Fresh and juicy tiger prawns are stir fried with honey coriander sauce, giving that sweet yet tangy flavour to it. It’s a rather unique dish I would say!

Mango Pudding with Fruit Cocktail

Lastly, I ended my meal with a bowl of sweet and refreshing mango pudding with fruit cocktail. I like how the sweetness from this dish wasn’t overpowering, hence I was able to refresh and cleanse my palette from all the savoury dishes beforehand.
