Salted Egg Chicken in 15 Minutes!
Did you know that Salted Egg is one of Singapore’s newest favourite ingredient?
In the past, I wasn’t quite used to the taste of salted egg pork/chicken/ chilli crab because I felt like the taste was overpowering the meat, but I soon learn to love it and even became a big fan of it!
Which is why, today I am here to share with you my version of Salted Egg Chicken in just less than 5 minutes!
The ingredients needed are:
- Carnation Low Fat Evaporated Milk, 390g (1 cup)
- 1 Packet of Salted Egg Powder/Paste
- 200g Unsalted Butter
- Frozen Fried Chicken
- Curry Leaves
- Chilli Padi (optional)
With just these few ingredients, you can make out a super duper delicious plate of salted egg chicken!

Ahh yes, doesn’t it look very simple? Honestly, we really felt a sense of satisfaction upon completing the dish although it might not seem like a lot of hardwork, the process of cooking it really allowed us to enjoy ourselves!
