1. Sweet and Sour Slices Fish
Sweet and Sour Fish is a rather popular dish in many Chinese households, Economic Rice Stalls and can even be found in many high end restaurants.
As the name suggests, you get a combination of sweet and sour infused together.
The fish is usually deep-fried till golden and crispy and drizzled with a sweet and tangy sauce which is already good to go with a bowl of rice.
Special shoutout to the batter used to fry the fish, it is super crispy and sweet on the exterior.
With just a bite, you can feel some juice oozing out of the flesh of the fish.
This dish has got to be one of my favourite!

2. Long Bean w/ Pork Belly
Firstly, I LOVE Long Bean because they have a very distinct beany taste, every bite of it feels so refreshing especially when it is stir-fried,
the amount of flavours packed in it is extraordinary. I would say this whole dish is super favorable and tasty and every mouth leaves you wanting for more.
Also, I tend to avoid pork belly once in awhile due to the strong 'MEAT' taste but NO, the Pork Belly here is super sweet and the meat is super tender.
This dish is a stunner, literally enjoyed every bite of it!

3. Thai Style Tofu
WOW, this is a taste-bud pleasing dish that you wouldn't want to miss out on. TRUST ME.
Personally, I am not a fan of Tofu but this tofu changed my take on tofu. It is crispy on its exterior but silky smooth on the inside, it melts in your mouth.
The flavours are all soaked up inside the tofu so you get a burst of flavours upon your first bite.
Of course, iconic taste of Thailand is their well-balanced flavours between sweet and tangy!
What's not to love about this dish?

4. Barley Tong Sui
This dessert is a very classic Cantonese dessert, 'Tong Sui' is pronouced in Chinese and it simply means an abundance of ingredients together.
With Singapore's constant humid weather, this is a bowl of dessert that I would love to come home to.
Well, as for the taste, I can assure you it taste heavenly! It is a great cool down dessert to have after a long day out.
Also, Legacy Seafood is also very generous with the portion given, you will definitely have more than enough to go for another serving!
Fun Fact: Tong Sui helps to keep your skin looking youthful and bright!
