Try Making These Xmas Dessert Recipes At Home!
We all can agree that the best part of holidays is the non-stop eating and not feeling guilty about it. Pavlova

Parvola is a meringue-based dessert that has a crispy crust outside and is soft inside, usually finished with whipped cream and fruits as toppings.
Ingredients:

4 Egg Whites
-
1 ÂĽ Cups White Sugar
-
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
-
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
-
2 Tsp Cornstarch
-
2 Cups Heavy Cream
-
Any Fruits, Peeled & Sliced
Steps:

Preheat oven to 150 °C. Line baking tray with parchment paper
-
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

Slowly add in the sugar in portions, beating well after each addition. Beat until thick and glossy
-
Gently fold in vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cornstarch
-
Spoon mixture on the parchment paper, creating circular shape. From the center, spread mixture outwards, building edge slightly. This should leave a slight hole in the center

Bake for an hour then let it cool

In a small bowl, beat heavy cream until it has a whipped cream texture set aside
-
Remove parchment paper, and place meringue on a plate
-
Fill the center of the meringue with whipped cream, and top with fruit slices
Banana Cream Cheesecake

What’s better than having a cheesecake for Christmas?
Ingredients:
Cheesecake
-
2 Cups Crushed Biscuit
-
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
-
1 Cup Softened Cream Cheese
-
Âľ Cup Sugar
-
3 Eggs
-
½ Cup Mashed Banana
-
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping
-
2 ½ Cups Cold Milk
-
½ Cup Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
-
1 Cup Whipped Cream
-
1 Sliced Banana
Steps:

Preheat oven to 175 °C
-
Mix biscuit crumbs and butter together in a bowl
-
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9″ springform pan
-
Mix cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until smooth and well blended
-
Add eggs slowly, one at a time, mixing after each addition
-
Stir in mashed banana and vanilla extract
-
Pour mixture into in the springform pan
-
Bake for about an hour then let it cool for another 1 hour, before removing from pan
-
Whisk milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until thoroughly combined, then fold in whipped cream.

Arrange sliced bananas on top of cooled cheesecake before spreading pudding mixture on top
-
Chill at least 3 hours before serving
