Well-prepared Delectable Tingkat Meal from East West Fusion!

Look at the spread of dishes and the variety of colour that enhances the overall look of this Tingkat set! This Tingkat Set is suitable for 2 pax but personally, I feel that it is sufficient for 2-3 pax given the portion of each dish!

This is a juicy, flaky and delicious plate of Teriyaki Grilled Salmon! The salmon is packed with a balance of sweet and savoury flavour! Also, the salmon is super fresh, the interior is super soft and the sauce is well accompanied by the rice.  On top of that, it is also served with green beans, corn and carrot which contribute sweetness to the overall taste of this dish!

A meal is only perfect with a plate of vegetables and here we have, Beijing Cabbage with Carrot, the cabbage has a crunchy yet juicy texture and surprisingly, the texture of the carrot isn't hard which means that it is cooked well enough! Also, the mushroom is added which makes every mouth you takes felt like a new taste!

Oh yes! Chicken Taiwanese Sausage, this dish will never fail because it an extremely sweet flavor and an emulsified texture! Personally, I already enjoy eating Taiwanese Sausage with Rice!

Last but not least, we have our final dish of Sambal Egg with Fishball! Any Sambal lover out there? If you cant take spice well, this plate of sambal can be a little spicy for you but just consume it with rice! Both the Sambal Egg and Fishball is fried before covering it with sambal so on the first bite, it can take a while to bite in but upon bitting it in, the interior is super fresh and soft!
