Adapting to Changes and How to Adapt to the Change
Isn’t it annoying? Well… truth be told… I am pretty frustrated about the situation now. Can’t meet my friends, can’t visit my relatives for mahjong session, can’t even have a nice dinner at the mall. But we can’t avoid such changes in life, in fact, the more we resist, the tougher our life becomes. There is no avoiding it, as change is a constant in our lives, it will challenge you, and force you to reconsider your decision and the way you live. This Covid-19 period is the best example.

3 Forms of changes
- Result of a crisis
- Result of choice
- By chance
No matter which, we will be required to make a choice to embrace it or to run away from it. Such situations and change cannot be avoided and these events are the one that provide us the opportunities to learn and grow.
Here’s 3 strategies to adapt to change!

#1 Changing the Mindset
Most of us lives in our comfort zone, our subconscious like it because it is “known”. Embracing change is stepping into the unknown. *Into the unknownnnn~* Changes are disrupting and scary, but there are no escaping. We can’t control the changes in our life, but we can control our reaction and how we react to the impact of these changes.

#2 Focus on having a balanced and healthy lifestyle
Stress is a normal reaction to dealing with changes and challenges. Constant stress can bring about problems for your health in the long run. Living a healthy and balance lifestyle can help build our resilience and ability to manage the disruptive changes in our lives.

#3 Letting go of your regrets
*Let it go, let it go~* This will help you move forward in life, what done is done unless we have a time machine right? Let go of your regrets and focus on the present and future changes that presents you with different opportunities.

Embrace the change, treat this as a challenge and face it with positivity!
I know the changes brought upon by Covid-19 is a huge blow to us all. But the world is in this together and we have each other to lean on for support. We will see the end to this very soon.
