Unlike normal cheesecakes which becomes "gelate" after a few mouthfuls, this cheesecake had a perfect light and spongy texture. The generous portion of finely grated peanut bits, mixed together with sugar definitely added texture to every bite of the cheesecake, making everyone come back for more! Chizuya surely made the right choice in combining the awesome flavours of Oreo with their soft and fluffy cheesecakes! Not only did the oreo crumbs provide a tinge of chocolatey finish to each bite, it also gave the cake the extra crunch texture! It is highly recommended for you to give this cake a try!

Pandan Flavour Baked Cheesecake topped with Desiccated Coconut

The pandan flavoured cheesecake topped with desiccated coconuts was simply to die for. The base of the cheesecake was infused with aromatic pandan flavours that were made from freshly grated pandan leaves. With the thin layer of fresh cream in the middle and the desiccated coconut sprinkles on top, it surely helped to balance the textures of the cake and packed each mouthful with bursting flavors. This uniquely flavoured cheesecake was no doubt everyone’s favourite!
