Food People Normally Eat During Christmas
If you haven’t already grasp the fact that Christmas is coming, you probably should. It is just a month away and therefore now is the perfect time to prepare your Christmas Eve or Christmas Day meal in advance so you won’t find yourself panicking a few days before! I have a list of the top 5 food most commonly eaten during this season of giving.
#5 Roasted Parsnips

If you have not heard about parsnips before, they are a type of root vegetable that belongs to the carrot family. It tastes similar to carrots as they're sweet but they contain more starch and have a nuttier taste. They are normally roasted during Christmas dinners and people love it because once they are roasted, the taste cross between a potato and a mild carrot.
#4 Pigs In A Blanket

This dish has this name because just like wrapping pigs in a blanket, sausages are wrapped in bacon. In fact, it has been a famous Christmas dish since the early 1970s. I mean, crispy bacon with delicious sausage? It sounds so mouth watering already.
#3 Stuffing

Stuffing is a dish normally made up of celery, onions, butter that are tossed with dried bread cubes, then topped with broth and baked until it is golden on top. People are in love with this because the ingredients are able to bring out the taste of a savory bread dish. Some people add rice as well to make it a more filling dish.
#2 Turkey

And finally, the traditional turkey. This dish would probably be the first dish anyone will mention if they were to associate it with Christmas. People love their turkey so much that it is not Christmas without it - really. I would say it is important enough to be given the title of being the main feature of any Christmas party!
#1 Roasted Potatoes

It is not a surprise that this dish is the most commonly eaten food since it’s super yummy and delicious. This dish has mostly potatoes so it is suitable for vegetarians as well - no wonder it is so popular since everyone can eat it!
