FoodLine Group Buy Ordering Process:
1. Group Buy Leaders/Hosts (GBLs) will collate orders from their participants via their group chats
2. GBLs will order under their own accounts on FoodLine
3. Payment terms based on what is set for the various merchants on FoodLine
4. Merchant delivers to GBLs’ homes (Multiple addresses not allowed)
5. Participants will collect from GBLs’ homes

What's in store for the GBLs?
1. 5% commission from every single receipt order, transferred monthly.Â
2. FL points added into their FoodLine account.
3. Group buy discounts available for festive menus (Eg mooncakes, log cakes, peng cai).
4. $3 cash reward for leaving a review
5. Extra $50 cash reward with a minimum spend of $1000 in a single order.
How will the commission be calculated?
GBLs will get a 5% commission from every single receipt order. We will tabulate and calculate the total commission at the end of every month.
The commission will be calculated after deducting the cash reward amount from the total value of the order.
When will the commission be transferred to them?
The commission will be transferred to the GBLs' bank account at the end of every month.
Do note that bank transfers take up to 5 working days to process.
 Can GBLs order directly via phone/email?
No, they cannot. To correctly tabulate their commission, they need to place their orders while being LOGGED IN to their own FoodLine accounts.
Which package should GBLs order from?
For festive/special menus: Some merchants offer GB discounts and/or bulk purchase discounts. They will be available on the FoodLine website for order. The name of the package should also reflect something like “Group Buy Discount Package”.
For normal menus: Any menu on the FoodLine website.
How many individual sets can be considered as one Group Buy Order?
At least 3 sets from the same merchant, unless otherwise stated in the menu.
