FoodLine Kitchen: Creamy Scrambled Eggs
This is a fool proof method to cook your scrambled eggs. Creamy, milky, buttery, oooof. It’s simple, and a quick fix for breakfast or a afternoon snack! Forget about the watery, tasteless scrambled eggs that you’ve had in the past, this one can start your day right.

Here are the ingredients you need:
- Eggs (2 or 3)
- Salted butter
- Milk
- Pepper
The key to this creamy scrambled egg is to not beat them beforehand, and only start stirring when you start cooking! Add butter for that buttery and smooth texture!

As the base of the eggs starts to cook take it off the heat and continue stirring. After about 30 seconds put it back on the stove and so on and so forth. This ensures that the egg does not overcook and you have more time to work with.
Add a splash of milk when your eggs are almost ready and this will also help to slow down the cooking. Add pepper, and salt if you used unsalted butter.
