Crispy Ah Balling? We are used to the soft and chewy and some what comforting bowl of ah balling. But this crispy ah balling, might just be what you need to spice things up. It’s crispy on the outside, chewy and soft inside! And it’s super easy to make~

Here are all the ingredients you need:

Plain prata

Ah Balling (any flavour you’d like)

That’s it.

Step 1: Cut the plain prata into 4 quarters.

Step 2: Wrap the prata around the ah balling and roll it into a ball

Step 3: Let it toast for 10 minutes~

And there you have it! Crispy Ah Balling! Careful, the sesame/peanut/red bean (ew.) The filling is hot so please proceed with caution. Hope you liked this recipe!
