Sweet and Sour Fish with rice

Crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, the Sweet and Sour Fish with Rice is really a comfort dish for me, especially since I’ve been having this over at my grandmother’s for years. However, what’s special about this from Four Seasons Restaurant is that the runny egg yolk from their sunny side up makes the rice so much better.
