HappyMamaPapa Catering - Tingkat Review
HappyMamaPapa Catering was founded with the sole purpose to ensure all elderlies get the proper nutrition they need to stay healthy and strong. This means that their dishes are of less salt, less oil and no added MSG. Also, to better adhere to the elderlies, their food is softened in texture so as to facilitate them in digesting the food better.
This whole set is under HappyMamaPapa Catering’s Day 24 Menu for lunch, dinner and desserts. For Lunch, it was Black Chicken Herbal Soup! One of my favourite soups of all time. Just a bowl of black chicken herbal soup comes with numerous health benefits such as a source of protein and promotes heart health. On top of these benefits, the richness in this bowl of soup makes it so soothing and comforting to my throat. Also, the chicken was fresh and very easy to chew, making it ideal to facilitate softer chewing for elderlies!
For Dinner, Seafood White Bee Hoon With Vegetables and Egg was on the menu. Can I just say, the bowl of seafood soup is very appetizing in smell and the ingredients inside are super fresh? Expect yourself to find Prawn, Egg, Clam(Lala) and vegetables! This bowl of soup goes well together with the bee hoon with egg. Overall, it was a very hearty meal!
The Yam Paste also known as Orh-Nee is a traditional dessert loved by many! The sweetness is just right, it doesn’t feel overly sweet and it the creamy texture of the yam paste makes everything taste so delicious!

Speciality Rice
If you want to try out flavourful rice, you are in for a treat! Over here at HappyMamaPapa Catering, they have speciality rice such as Olive, Yam, Pumpkin, Long Bean, Lemongrass, Cabbage and Garlic Flavored rice and it is based on Chef’s choice on a weekly basis. To opt for the speciality rice, you can do so when placing your order!
Other Sides Dishes To Be Expected 
The Sambal Kangkong is a popular dish which I’m sure many of you are fond of! Personally, Sambal Kangkong is a little spicy for me but I couldn’t resist the flavourful taste of it, so I accompanied it with white rice! Also, the assorted vegetable dish is a very healthy dish packed with vitamins in minerals from broccoli, mushroom and carrot! Special shoutout to the Minced Pork Tofu With Assorted Mushroom and the Ginger Onion Fish Slice! All the individual dishes give off a homely feel and it is so comforting to the stomach!
