Is It Okay To Skip Breakfast?

Is It Okay To Skip Breakfast?

If you are here reading, it probably means you are the one skipping breakfast or you are trying to convince someone not to skip breakfast!

The answer is very straight forward and direct:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, when you wake up, the blood sugar that your body and muscle needs is insufficient which is why you need breakfast to replenish it and make sure you have enough energy to get through the day!

If your body doesn't get the fuel it needs from food, you will feel super lethargic in the morning and tend to overeat during the later part of your day.

You might also be wondering, what if I don't wake up in the morning, does it mean it is okay to skip breakfast? The answer is no, by skipping breakfast, you are messing up your own eating schedule. It is highly likely that you will develop habit of eating lunch, dinner then supper before sleeping, The cycle will repeat due to your late sleeping cycle which cause you to eat during unhealthy hours.
