It’s Easy To Make Ice Cream!
With Singapore’s weather being so hot and humid, it is important to stay hydrated. Did you know that apart from drinking water, ice cream can also keep you hydrated? And did you also know that it is very easy to make your own ice cream? You don’t even need an ice cream maker. Read on if you want to find out how to make vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream so that you can “restock” finished ice cream tubs at home whenever you want to!
Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 400g Whipping Cream
- 140g Condensed Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps:
- Chill bowl and whisk in fridge for about 30 minutes
- Pour whipping cream into cold bowl
- Whip for about 5-7 minutes till soft and creamy - do not over whip!
- Add condensed milk and vanilla extract
- Mix them all together immediately until it is compact and smooth, not too runny
- Put mixture into a mold, cover with plastic wrap
- Press down gently to stick plastic wrap to mixture
- Freeze for 4 hours
Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 400g Whipping Cream
- 140g Condensed Milk
- 60g Cocoa Powder
Steps:
- Chill bowl and whisk in fridge for about 30 minutes
- Pour whipping cream into cold bowl
- Whip for about 5-7 minutes till soft and creamy - do not over whip!
- Add condensed milk and cocoa powder
- Mix them all together immediately until it is compact and smooth, not too runny
- Put mixture into a mold, cover with plastic wrap
- Press down gently to stick plastic wrap to mixture
- Freeze for 4 hours
Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 400g Whipping Cream
- 140g Condensed Milk
- 200g Fresh Strawberries
Steps:
- Chill bowl and whisk in fridge for about 30 minutes
- Place strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour whipping cream into cold bowl
- Whip for about 5-7 minutes till soft and creamy - do not over whip!
- Add condensed milk and strawberry puree
- Mix them all together immediately until it is compact and smooth, not too runny
- Put mixture into a mold, cover with plastic wrap
- Press down gently to stick plastic wrap to mixture
- Freeze for 4 hours
Cone-gratulations, now you just have to put your homemade ice cream on top of your ice cream cone and enjoy!
