Legacy Seafood's Tingkat-Tingkat Review

From Legacy Seafood's Tingkat head chef to the service staff, they strive to bring the same quality of food and service that have turned so many customers into friends, all across Singapore and overseas.

Today, I will be sharing with you my wonderful experience with Legacy Seafood's Tingkat!

Firstly, I will talk about the Vegetarian Tingkat MeaL (2Pax).

For the Yumi Tu Dou Bing, it is very thin and crispy on the outside and on the inside, it doesn't feel too dry,  definitely a dish that is suitable for everyone! Next, Braised Tofu, a dish that is balanced in taste and texture, it is perfect to consume it with a bowl of steamed rice. Followed by a bowl of Su chao You Tiao, how can anyone resist long golden-brown deep-fried strip of dough? This bowl of You Tiao is super light and crispy, when you bite into it,  you can hear the crunchy sound. Lastly, two Sunny Side up Egg that spices up the entire dish!

Overall, this dish feels super homely and comfortable to the stomach.

Next, another set of Tingkat Meal (2pax).

Personally, the  Cracker Fried Chicken is my favourite dish because it is super crunchy on the outside and on the inside, it didn't felt too dry to my throat and it is also well accompanied by the bowl of rice.

I am not a fan of Salad but their Salad Shrimp w Fruits really changed my perspective, it is a rather unique bowl of Salad because it contains Shrimp and Fruits! Don't worry, it might sound a little weird but I can promise you that this bowl of Salad is superb! Even for someone that doesn't enjoy Salad, I must  say it is really delicious!

With a bowl of Soup, it makes this whole dish super comforting to the stomach, in the soup, it contains a lot of ingredients such as carrots, vegetables and egg! I am a huge fan of Soup and I must say this bowl of Soup definitely did not disappoint!

Lastly, with a bowl of Seasonal Vegetables, you will be able to receive all the needed nutrients for the day!

I really enjoyed this whole meal because it felt so homely and the taste of each dishes perfectly suited my taste buds!
