Yes, we can’t deny this period instilled fear and anxiety into many people, hoping for good news each day on top of being isolated from the outside world. All these can tremendously affect one’s mental health, which is why I will be sharing some mental health tips during this pandemic.
1. Plan your schedule the day/night before
Don’t count the days till the end of circuit breaker, make your days count! Staying at home every day can make you lose track of time which is why it’s important to jot down the things you need to do to make sure you are on track! Doesn’t need to be super aesthetic-looking, let your creativity flow!
2. Workout at home or go to a less crowded park for runs
Exercising can boost your mood and you will feel a sense of accomplishment upon sweating! Want to work out with your friends? Of course, you can do so, but virtually, start a video call together and search for 100% free workout videos, you can go to Youtube to search for different workouts!
3. Plan virtual meetups with your friends

Be it an introvert or extrovert, at this point, we more or less crave for social interaction with our friends! Make an effort to video call your friends, and who knows? It might turn out to be one of your memorable memories with your group of friends. Distance doesn’t stop you from hearing and seeing your loved ones!
Remember that your mental health is as important as your physical health!
Don’t bottle up your problems, reach out to someone you trust and talk to them.
Till then, stay safe and take care!
We will definitely get there!
