[/embed]Lychee Rose Cake

This cake carried subtle hints of the delicate rosewater scent which went very well with the accompanying light and fluffy sponge cake layers. In between the layers, you’ll see sliced lychees being sandwiched and despite the seemingly good amount of buttercream used on this cake, it was surprisingly still delightfully light!

Their Rose Swiss Meringue Buttercream, made with AOP French butter and premium rosewater, is smooth and light! This cake was so light and flavourful, it kept me going for more and especially so for a huge cakes-glutton like me! I definitely got to give my praises to this cake.

I rarely give such outstanding comments for cakes, because how good can a cake actually get right? But believe it or not, you can definitely expect the contrast in textures in the cake layers together with fresh and smooth flavours! I can vouch that this cake is undoubtedly one of those better looking and better-tasting cakes out there!

Gula Melaka Kaya Cake

If you are not impressed by fancy frosting, you will be happy to have this cake. A vanilla sponge lightly infused with Gula Melaka, filled with homemade Gula Melaka kaya and light vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Mmm!

This cake was topped with more Gula Melaka kaya. Kaya definitely takes on the centre stage for this cake! I would gladly say that even my colleagues who are not fans of sweet treats loved it as well! The Gula Melaka kaya was infused into the cake so well that every bite I took had essence of it, this was also hands down easily one of the better cakes I’ve had!

There’s always this rich, eggy taste in kaya which I wouldn’t say I love, but the kaya in this cake blended really well with the Gula Melaka such that the eggy taste wasn’t that strong. Eaten together with those insanely moist and fluffy cake layers… your cake is sure to be the highlight of the party!

Unicorn Macarons

The first thing that caught my eyes when I opened up this box of pastries were definitely these Unicorn Macarons! These macarons were less sweeter than the usual macarons out there that were chewy inside and crispy on the outside. Filled with rose buttercream and decorated with edible arts and glitters, they are definitely calling out for those crazy fans of macarons!
