[/embed]Rilassi Catering aims to provide the best ingredients, quality and taste in their food. I've got to say, they definitely lived up to that. They have an an array of cuisines ranging from Thai to Oriental, and even a healthier menu option! Their diverse menu options will definitely leave you spoilt for choices!
Ikan Bilis Fried Rice

The fried rice was savoury with bits of ikan bilis in every bite. Including fried shallots was certainly a bonus as it added more fragrance to the dish. Overall, the Ikan Bilis Fried Rice was a well-executed dish and it provideed a very homely feeling.
Buddha Noodle (Vegetarian)

Personally, I am more of a "noodle over rice" person. Stir fried noodle tends to be dry, which makes it tough to swallow. However, Rilassi's Buddha Noodle was chewy and not dry at all! The carrots and beansprouts add a crunchy texture to the dish, which I appreciate.
Steamed Chicken with White Fungus & Wolfberries

Can I just say, the gravy was the most satisfying part of the dish. I can finish eating a bowl of rice with just the gravy! Older adults will love the tender chicken meat with a velvety texture. Don't forget to indulge in the white fungus that soaked up the gravy with all the flavours of the other ingredients!
Rilassi Soya Chicken

Rillasi's Soya Chicken really reminded me a lot of the Soy Korean Chicken that everyone loves. If you are a fan of that, do check this one out! The chicken skin was crispy even though it soaked up the soy sauce! Overall, the chicken was flavourful, and slightly addictive.
Grilled Fish with Asia Spices

The texture of the fish "wow-ed" me. It was so soft and tender! Definitely order this dish for your parents because the flavours pack a punch and it's super easy to chew.
Fragrant Cereal Oat Fish Fillet

Did someone say cereal oat? Yes please! Just like what its name suggests, this dish was really fragrant. Each fillet was generously coated with cereal oat. All in all, the fish fillet had a nice texture and not tough at all.
Sauteed Asian Har Lok Prawn

I am personally not a fan of prawns as I dread peeling them. However, these Sauteed Asian Har Lok Prawns motivated me to peel the shell off so I can savour them! The flavours were consistent with each prawn.
Hot Buffalo Prawn

I preferred the Hot Buffalo Prawn over the previous prawn dish as it has a kick of spiciness. The flavours were prominent in each piece of prawn. The texture of the prawns were chewy and overall a delectable dish!
Sambal Egg

This dish is an upgrade from the plain old hard-boiled eggs. These eggs have a crispy outer layer coated with a bold sambal flavour. The sambal flavour was able to penetrate through the eggs. Very tasty!
Rainbow Mango Tofu

The mango flavour was prominent on the tofu skin and rather subtle on the inside. I would have liked it better if the mango flavour was able to seep into the tofu. The dish had a sweet and sour taste, so if you like that, go for it!
Sunny Roasted Vegetable

There were so many levels of textures in this dish! I am a big fan of the carrots, as they were so soft and sweet. To add on, as a person who does not like cauliflower, this dish made me go for a second bite. The cauliflowers were slightly charred on the outside, which enhanced its taste.
Long Bean with Crunchy Breadcrumb

The long beans were cooked to perfection. Not too hard or too soft, giving it a satisfying crunch. Shoutout to the breadcrumbs for giving the dish an extra flavour and texture.
Fish Tau Pok

The tau pok had a great QQ texture. The skin was slightly crispy. The inside was not bland at all! Not a fan of fish dishes with that distinct fishy taste? Don't worry because this had absolutely no fishy taste!
Golden Fish Roll

The Golden Fish Roll is palatable and fragrant. Its outer skin was fried perfectly, giving it a slightly crispy texture. I would personally pair it with some sweet chili sauce for a little extra kick!
Red Bean with Sweet Potato & Grass Jelly with Longan

These are perfect for Singapore's heat! The fruits and grass jelly were fresh and sweet. Both were really refreshing and I kept going for another bowl!
Assorted Pastries & Mini Chocolate Brownie


There is always room for dessert! These assortment of desserts from Rilassi were a great way to end off the meal. The best dessert, in my opinion, was the brownie! The brownies were chocolate-y and moist. Oops! I might have finished everything in one seating.
