1 Quick and Easy Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients:
- Egg roll wrappers
- Mozzarella sticks
- Oil for frying
- Any soup of dipping of your choice

- Place a mozzarella stick in the center of one egg roll wrapper
- Can brush some water on it to make it easier to wrap it properly
- Heat up your pan with 1/8 inch deep oil
- Fry until golden brown and flip it to the other side
- Once both side is golden brown, drain the mozzarella stick on a oil absorption paper
- Enjoy it with another sauce (E.g. spaghetti sauce)
2 Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries

Ingredients:
- A box of blueberries
- Greek Yogurt or any yogurt

- First, wash your blueberries and lining and small baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
- With a toothpick, poke it into the blueberry
- Dip each blueberry into the yogurt and swirl until the blueberry is nicely coated with yogurt
- Once done, place on the baking sheet
- Continue until all blueberries are coated
- Place the baking sheet into freezer, and let freeze for at least an hour
- After that, you can put it in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer and take out what you need and enjoy!
