I'm not sure about you, but this working from home situation has got me really looking forward to my lunch & dinner breaks because well, it's the best time for me to finally pick up some cooking skills while I can. For beginner cooks like myself, the worst mistake we can make is buying too many ingredients and end up not being able to finish consuming them because of one very important thing- forgetting about the ingredient's shelf life. Yes, I'll admit that I might have written this article for myself but for the ones who are like me, I'm happy to share some of the staple ingredients and their shelf life, so we don't end up throwing them away!
