The Square@Furama is a caterer who provides ala carte dishes that are flavourful and fresh. They also provide international cuisine to customers who want to experience some delicious food with their loved ones. Today, I would like to share you with my personal experience with TheSquare@Furama!
Romance by the Sea

The Square@Furama has a buffet catering called Romance by the Sea which costs $98.00 /Set ($104.86 w/GST) that serves up to 2 pax. You can also top up $10.00 ($10.70 w/GST) to have two bottles of Yellow Van Pale Ale from The 1925 Brewery Co to go along with the bundle.
Grilled Platter

Without a doubt, the grilled platter was the star of the meal. I was amazed by the variety of ingredients in this dish as there were skewer prawns, grilled salmon, chicken chop, grilled ribeye beef steak, potatoes, and vegetables in a single dish! The ingredients complemented each other really well as you get a balance of greens and meat. When I was eating the grilled ribeye beefsteak, it was tender and juicy with a hint of sweetness that comes from the vegetables. The vegetables in this dish are not to be overlooked as it helps to add sweetness to the other ingredients and contains the savoury flavours of the other ingredients. They also help to cleanse your palate which cause you to come back for more!

Pasta Aglio Olio

Spicy and savoury, is what this pasta is all about! This oglio-olio might look like a simple dish, but don’t be fooled by its appearance. The noodles were cooked till perfection as it is soft but able to retain its form when picking up with a fork. The noodles were also seasoned with herbs and spices which made it flavourful and piquant.

Celebratory Cake

If you’re a fan of dark chocolate, you’ll love this cake! This cake has amazing textures as the exterior of the cake is covered with cereals which gives the extra crunch when eating the cake. The cake was soft and tender with the richness of dark chocolate on the inside. When eating it, the cake is creamy and melts in your mouth. It’s definitely a dessert that helps to end the meal on a good note!

Yellow Van Pale Ale

The Yellow Van Pale Ale has a bitter-ish liquor taste that you might expect when drinking other beers. However, it has a unique sweet aftertaste that separates it from other ales. The sweetness of the aftertaste will linger at the back of your tongue before it dissipates which is an interesting experience that you should try!
