TikTok Christmas Hot Cocoa Bombs

TikTok Christmas Hot Cocoa Bombs

With this year ending soon, it also means Christmas is coming. Hence my TikTok feed has recently been filled with Christmas videos. A recent trending recipe that caught my attention is the Hot Cocoa Bombs which I would like to share with everyone! It is basically edible bath bombs because when it is placed in hot milk, the outer chocolate coating melts and the inner goodies - marshmallows and hot cocoa powder will be released. It is super easy to make it and here’s how it goes.

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate
  • Hot Cocoa Powder
  • Mini Marshmallows

Equipments:

  • Half Circle Silicone Mold

Steps:

  • Melt your chocolate using a microwave until it is smooth
  • Fill the molds with chocolate, making it thick enough along the sides and edges
  • Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes to set
  • Remove the chocolate from the molds by gently pushing it out of the silicone mold
  • Microwave a microwave safe plate for a minute to make the plate hot enough to melt the chocolate
  • Put the empty half of the chocolate and place it on the warm plate for a couple of seconds to melt the edges
  • Add around a tablespoon of hot cocoa powder and mini marshmallows to half of the chocolate
  • Pick up another half and melt the edge on the warm plate, then push the two sides together to seal
  • Get a hot cup of milk, place the hot cocoa bomb inside and watch the magic happen!
