Unique Cinnamon Roll Recipes

Nutella Cinnamon Roll

Nutella in a cinnamon roll? This can’t go wrong - I mean, who doesn't love Nutella?
Ingredients:
Dough
- 1 Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Butter
- 3 ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ Granulated Sugar
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 2 ¼ Tsp Yeast
- 1 Egg
Filling
- ⅔ Cup Nutella
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
Icing
- ½ Cup Softened Butter
- 1 ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
Steps:
Dough
- Melt butter with milk (until warm) together in a bowl
- In a separate bowl, whisk about 3 cups flour (not all of the flour), sugar and salt until combined
- Stir yeast and lukewarm milk mixture in another bowl and then add the flour mixture and egg to mix till combined
- Knead by hand afterwards for about 5-7 minutes
- Cover dough with a damp towel and let rest for 10 minutes
- After the dough has risen, use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into a large rectangle
Filling
- Spread the Nutella evenly over the dough, leaving the borders empty so that the Nutella doesn’t ooze out
- Sprinkle cinnamon evenly on top of the Nutella
Assembly
- Tightly roll up the dough
- Use a dental floss to cut dough into rolls and place it into a greased pan
- Cover cinnamon rolls with damp towel again and allow it to rise for 25-30 minutes
- Bake dough at 175°C for 15-20 minutes
- Once done, remove and let cool on a wire rack for at least 5 minutes
Icing
- Whisk butter and sugar until dissolved and well-combined
- Drizzle filling on cinnamon rolls and you’re done!
Oreo Cinnamon Rolls

- 1 ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
Steps:
