Well, so I am here to share with you a small and simple refreshing recipe to quench your thirst and beat the heat!

Ingredients:
- Watermelon cubes
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to boil, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Put watermelon cubes into a blender
- Add in about 1/3 cup of sugar syrup
- Blend until a watery texture is achieved
- Pour the blended juice into a frozen mold popsicle maker
- Add in some small-size watermelon cubes at the top
- Freeze for 2-4 hours and enjoy
I actually tried it myself and it’s a really simple recipe that is so refreshing!
