Ways to Enjoy Salmon
I love salmon. Doesn’t matter if it’s seared or raw, served on rice or on a bagel, I love them all. There are many health benefits that comes packed into this delicious fish. They are rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, which is healthy fats that are essential in your diet. They are also a good source of protein, vitamins, and potassium! Here are some ways that you can enjoy this fish!
Boiled/Oven-baked

For the health lords, boiled, and oven-baked salmon would be the healthiest way to enjoy salmon. I’ve never tried boiled salmon, simply because I couldn’t find a reason to when there are 104207520 better ways. But for those that are watching your diet closely, boiled salmon it is!
Pan-fried/ Seared

This is the best when you are cooking for the family. Slightly charred sides of the salmon gives its an extra crunch and texture, as well as a level up in taste. Serve it up with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus or broccoli!
Raw/Smoked

Sashimi! Apparently, there are quite a handful of people that have yet to try raw salmon. Give it a try! It’s nice. Try smoked salmon first if you are afraid of the raw-ness. Smoked salmon is amazing on sandwiches, bagels, a go-to brunch food.
