I know given the choice of plain water or sweet drinks, majority will choose the latter. Well, which is why I will be sharing with you about the 3 incredible benefits of drinking plain water!

Drinking plenty of water can help you lose weight! Drinking about 2 liters of water everyday can increase your total energy expenditure by up to 96 calories per day.
Also, if you drink water half an hour before meals, it is proven to be effective as it can make you feel more full and prevent overeating.

Your bowel needs water to work properly, if you are having constipation, try drinking more water as it is characterized by infrequent bowel movement. Low intake of water can lead to dehydration which can cause an overly acidic stomach. In the long run, it will increase the risk of heartburn and stomach ulcers.
