Received the cakes in good condition. I had emailed and sent Whatsapp messages to Butter Studio to include a name and candles for the cake. I only received a Whatsapp reply after a another reminder on my message. They acknowledged my message and ... More shared that they would update my request in the system.

The cakes were delivered without any name and we were given insufficient candles for the birthday celebration. It was definitely a very disappointing experience. As expected, Butter Studio did not reply to my feedback via Whatsapp.
